Prosedur Pengiriman

  1. Kami akan mengirimkan barang setelah kami menerima pembayaran dan memastikan produk yang ada pesan dalam keadaan siap di kirim.
  2. Setelah Kami kirim produk yang Anda pesan, Kami akan informasikan no. resi kepada Anda melalui sms/email/ maupun telpon dan akan kami cantumkan di web ini melalui menu update kiriman.
  3. Pengiriman barang memerlukan waktu 1 hari s/d 5 hari tergantung kota tujuan.
  4. Setelah barang sampai anda di harapkan untuk mengkonfirmasikan kepada Kami bahwa produk pesanan Anda telah Anda terima dengan baik dan Kami juga dapat memastikan bahwa produk yang Kami kirim telah sampai.

Ongkos Kirim dan Estimasi Waktu Pengiriman

Kami sudah memasukan ongkos kirim dalam sistem menggunakan JNE dengan tarif reguler dari Garut ke seluruh Indonesia apabila Anda melakukan belanja melalui shopping cart / websites, adapun ongkos kirim dari Garut ke kota tujuan Anda dapat Anda cek secara manual melalui JNE di link berikut:

Adapun pengiriman dalam jumlah besar akan menggunakan jasa DACOTA Cargo, dengan tarif yang jauh lebih ekonomis.

 Sabtu – Minggu    : Pukul 09.00 WIB – 12.00 WIB

Jadwal pengiriman pesanan Anda via Dacota Cargo sebagai berikut:

 Sabtu   : Pukul 09.00 WIB – 12.00 WIB
 Hari Minggu / Libur             : Tutup

Lama pengiriman tergantung daerah tujuan, untuk kota besar terutama Ibu Kota provinsi Kami sarankan Anda menggunakan pengiriman 1 hari sampai (ONS / YES), namun apabila alamatnya di kota kabupaten biasanya akan memerlukan waktu 2 - 5 hari, tergantung akses ke daerah tersebut dan ekspedisi yang digunakan.
